Harborfest Holds First-Ever Dodgeball Event
Oswego Harbor Festivals, Incorporated has announced plans to host it’s first ever Harborfest Dodgeball Event to benefit Oswego Harborfest. The event will be held October 16 at the Oswego High School and Leighton School Gymnasiums beginning at 10 AM.
School Lunches Going Up a Nickel in Hannibal
A school lunch will cost a nickel more this coming year in the Hannibal Central School District.
The five cent increase was approved by the Board of Education during a discussion of whether to raise the price by ten cents instead.
Oswego County’s Canal Locks Closed by High Water
This weekend’s heavy rains have forced the state to close the locks along the Oswego Canal.
The locks in Phoenix, Fulton, Minetto and Oswego will stay closed until water levels subside.
