DSS Upgrade Plan Now In Legislators’ Hands

Oswego Man Facing Felony Charges
Police say he forcibly entered a residence intending to confront his estranged wife. He was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, one count each of second-degree assault and first-degree criminal contempt. Additional charges may be filed pending review of the case by the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office.
