Trinity Catholic School is gearing up for its Inaugural Trinity Turkey Trot 5k Family Run/Walk to be held on November 15. With a generous donation from Port City Chiropractic PC, the race committee was able to secure professional timing through Auyer Racetiming. The Ancient Order of Hibernians on Munn Street will serve as the starting and finish line.
The Zoo to You program from the Rosamond Gifford Zoo will visit the Fulton Public Library at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 12. The Zoo to You will feature its program: Predator vs. Prey, featuring animals from the zoo.
Complete with music, games and barbeque, the block party provided the community with the opportunity to come together and celebrate the end of the summer and the beginning of the school year.
Students in the junior and senior classes will be evaluated for membership by the Faculty Council which consists of five members of the school’s faculty. Members of the Faculty Council are determined by APW Senior High Principal Michelle Crisafulli.
Keuka College will expand its adult degree completion courses to include its first RN to B.S. nursing cohort at CCC’s Fulton campus.
Formatted through Keuka College’s Accelerated Studies for Adults Program classes for the RN to B.S. nursing curriculum begin in February 2016.
In what has now become an annual task for CiTi’s Culinary Arts program, the students needed to utilize hands-on experience and display great teamwork in order to accomplish the feat of assembling hundreds of lunches in a short amount of time.

According to www.attendanceworks.org, studies show that missing school correlates with achievement gaps and high school dropout rates across the country; that is why the Fulton City School District celebrates school attendance every September in honor of Attendance Awareness Month.
Teachers and staff members at Granby Elementary welcomed students back to school with a kick off picnic Sept. 18.
