A Young Man’s Birthday Wish — A Gift to Share with Others

Pictured (left to right) is Michaud Residential Health Services Administrator Mike Schafer, with Mikey Doney and his mother Renee Doney. Mikey celebrated his sixth birthday by asking friends and relatives for birthday gifts (including games and puzzles seen here) which he then donated to the residents at Michaud.While most other boys his age wish for a birthday filled with gifts of toys and other entertainment, Mikey Doney’s sixth birthday will be one he may long remember. Not for the presents he received, but for the presents he gave to others.
