Edward ElsnerThe Oswego Public Library welcomes its new librarian, Edward Elsner to its staff. Elsner received his MSLS from the University of Kentucky and a BSME from Kettering University of Flint, Michigan. Elsner has over 10 years of library experience from Michigan and Kentucky which includes the automation of 6 libraries.
