The Art Association of Oswego announces the opening of a new exhibition called Four Degrees of Separation featuring the artwork of Paul Garland, Nick DÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢Innocenzo, Sewall Oertling and Thomas Seawell. Fulton Community Theatre and Rising Stars Children’s Theatre have collectively sent out a call to local actors. Auditions started Monday for Rising Stars’ coming production of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.” They continue tonight and Wednesday.
