Oswego Health

The blood drive will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. August 20 and then from 2 to 6 p.m. August 21 in the JPC conference room in the lower level of the Oswego Health Services Center, which is adjacent to Oswego Hospital.

MASH Camp has become a summer tradition at Oswego Hospital, providing area eighth and ninth graders an opportunity to learn more about careers in the healthcare field as they participate in fun, hands-on activities. This year, 17 students took part in the two-day camp, where they visited key hospital departments, learned Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and how to suture, which was taught by members of the Oswego Hospital surgical services department.

Five Oswego Hospital registered nurses each volunteered an evening this summer to help support a local Cub Scout camp. The Cub Scouts, who were from throughout Oswego County and in grades kindergarten through fifth, took part in the weeknight twilight camp held at the Oswego County Airport.
