Little Lukes Made Generous Gift to Oswego Hospital ED for Pediatric Patients

The staff of a locally-well-known preschool and childcare business is enabling Oswego Health to provide new patient comforts to Oswego Hospital’s youngest emergency department patients. The employees of the Little Lukes, which provides preschool services and care for infants and toddlers, selected Oswego Hospital to benefit from its Friday jeans days, which raised $12,000.

Oswego Health Among Fulton Bike Rodeo Sponsors

Local organizations are making plans for the annual Fulton Bike Rodeo, which offers children of all ages an opportunity to learn about bike safety in a fun environment. The event also provides youths with a properly fit bike helmet and perhaps a new bike. The rodeo will be held June 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot outside the Fulton War Memorial.

Oswego Hospital To Hold Blood Drive May 14

The blood drive will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the JPC conference room in the lower level of the Oswego Health Services Center, which is adjacent to Oswego Hospital.

Oswego Health General Surgeon Yuriy Zhurov uses the new VISERA 4K Ultra High-Definition System, that provides him with unprecedented clear and sharp real time images during surgery. With Dr. Zhurov are Anesthesiologist Scott Palmer, MD; Physician Assistant Mary Ditzer and Scrub Nurse Hayley Jones.

Oswego Hospital First To Install 4K Ultra High-Def Imaging System

Oswego Health has installed the latest high-definition equipment in its operating rooms, providing its surgeons a big screen view when performing surgeries. Oswego Hospital’s four major operating rooms are among the first in Central New York to have installed this new equipment.
