Several Lanigan Elementary students were recently honored during a school assembly because they have made great strides throughout the month of February.
Oswego Opera Theater is proud to present the children’s opera Brundibar on April 14 at 7:30 p.m. and April 15 at 2 p.m. at the Church of the Resurrection, 120 W. Fifth St. Brundibar is especially important to Oswego because of the city’s history as the only Safe Haven in the United States for Holocaust refugees.

This year’s Bowl-A-Fun boasts the exciting theme “Hooray for Hollywood! – Bowl A Strike Against Homelessness.” Proceeds will support OCO’s efforts to help the homeless.

New Haven Science Night was an overwhelming success according to students and family members in attendance. The hands-on activities and experiments presented a fun take on science experiments and ended in some pretty amazing projects to take home and enjoy.
