Daniel J. Capella has been named Retail Products Specialist, according to Reyne Pierce, Vice President, Team Leader Residential & Consumer Lending. Capella replaces David Guynn, who is retiring from his position.
Edge Artistic Dance Center will host Breakfast with the Easter Bunny on March 11 at the Oswego Elks Lodge, 132 W. Fifth St. The event will be held from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. and will benefit the EADC dancers as well as the EADC Booster Club.

Starting on March 5, the Fulton Amateur Radio Club will host a 10-week course designed for Technician Class licensees who are interested in obtaining their General Class Amateur (Ham) Radio license. Preparations for the 37th annual Memorial Day Salute event have begun. This year, the event will be held at the Fulton Community Center at Recreation Park on May 26. The theme for the parade and celebration will be “150 Years Celebrating Memorial Day Salute” and will honor Veteran of the Year, Bob LaRock.
Such petitions are available at the office of the District Clerk at the A-P-W High School, Parish, between the hours of 8 a. m. and 4 p. m. and must be filed with the in the office of the District Clerk located in the District Office Wing of the High School no later than 5 p. m. on April 16.
