The organizers of Base Camp Oswego County are planning two orientation clinics for people who would like more information about overnight winter camping at the Feb. 25 base camp event in Oswego County. The clinics will be led by Base Camp organizers Jake Mulcahey of Oswego, Barb Hartman of Orwell, and Jennifer Mays, founder of Oswego Expeditions, Inc.
