Senator Ritchie meets with constituents at Hannibal Town Hall for her third “Mobile District Office” event. The event provides local residents a chance to meet with the Senator and her staff to discuss issues with state government without having to travel to her District Office in Oswego.State Senator Patty Ritchie on Wednesday evening brought her “Mobile District Office” to Hannibal, Oswego County, where she met with over two dozen local residents and offered help dealing with issues related to state government.

APW Welcomes a New Class of UPK Students

New friends William Francisco, left, and Tanner Ault, enjoy some time exploring some of the fun things in the APW Universal Pre-Kindergarten classroom at Altmar Elementary School. The two boys, along with their family members, attended a recent orientation session for the UPK program.Students met their teachers and their classmates, located a few important items in the classroom such as their own personalized cubby and the special classroom bear, Mr. Quentin T. Bear, and also decorated a birthday candle for the classroom’s birthday board.
