The curtain opens Thursday for Rising Stars TheatreÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” in the city of Fulton. Planned as a fundraiser for Fulton Community Theatre, the show will be presented in three performances, Thursday, Friday and Saturday on stage at G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton.
