On October 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the City of Fulton Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration will give the public an opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. Bring your pills for disposal to Kinney Drugs at 115 Oneida St.
The investigation has revealed 37 year-old, Paul J. Switzer from 540 County Line Road in Phoenix, was traveling south on County Route 6 when his vehicle exited the west side shoulder of the roadway and struck several trees.
The Fulton Common Council announced a public hearing at Tuesday’s regular meeting regarding an increase in water, sewer and garbage rates scheduled to be held the third Tuesday of this month (Oct 18.) The hearing will take place after the public comment section of the regular meeting starting at 7 p.m. in the Fulton Municipal Building located at 141 South First Street.

Signed into law by NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo on September 6, 2016, legislation Subpart 67-4 sets new regulations for all public schools grades Kindergarten-12 across the state in regards to lead testing of drinking water within school buildings.
On Tuesday (September 27), members of the Fulton Police Department located an alleged methamphetamine lab in a wooded area adjacent to West Seventh Street North in the town of Granby. Police were called to the area after a report was made about a suspicious man entering the woods.
