Fulton Settles Tax Battle With Convenience Store
The City of Fulton has settled a potentially costly tax assessment battle on terms that the Mayor calls favorable.
Fastrac Markets, LLC sued the city, claiming that its Fastrac convenience store at the corner of Routes 481 and 3 was overassessed.

The Fulton City School District and its largest union are about to begin talks towards a new contract at the same time as the district is trying to squeeze every penny of savings out of a budget that so far contains a massive deficit.
