Fulton City Police Officer Joseph Arigo has been promoted to Sergeant.
Arigo is a decorated police veteran, having received multiple Honorable Service awards as well as Mayoral Commendations for his outstanding service to the department and community.

Police announced in a news release that they arrested William L. Calkins, Sr., 42, of Fulton and Lorie A. Calkins, 39, of Rochester on felony charges of grand larceny and falsifying business records.
