A 15-year-old girl residing in the town of Volney was charged with Juvenile Delinquency for a crime, if committed by an adult, would constitute the charge of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor and sixth-degree conspiracy, a class B misdemeanor.

There were no serious injuries when a Burke’s Home Improvement delivery vehicle struck an eastside Oswego business Thursday afternoon. Deputies report that a pedestrian, Jeremy A. Gross, 30, was standing between a parked unoccupied vehicle and a 2005 Chevrolet being operated by Dwayne A.
