The Phoenix teen arrested and accused of committing a fatal stabbing at a party in Hannibal in October pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and assault charges at Oswego County Court on Dec 15. Markee L. Cathcart, 19, allegedly stabbed Sean D. Leonard, 23, at a party outside a residence at 99 Kellogg Road in Hannibal in the early morning hours of Saturday, October 24.
The Salvation Army Worship and Community Centers in Oswego County and Watertown are concerned about this potential heavy snowfall since this weekend is traditionally the largest Red Kettle collection weekend. Hewitt, 45, of 101 Ellen St., Oswego, was approached by investigators as it sat curb side on East First Street at East Mohawk Street. Investigators had interrupted an alleged sale of heroin between Hewitt and a second person, police said.
