On Wednesday, members of the Oswego City Police Departments Anti-Crime Team (ACT) received information that Shane C. Nolan, 32, whom was wanted on three separate warrants for his arrest, was possibly manufacturing methamphetamine at an undetermined location within the city of Oswego.
UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 27-year-old Nicholas Kellogg of Kellogg Road in Hannibal.
His pickup truck was westbound on County Route 3, west of Hanley Road, when it went off the road, into a ditch and struck a utility pole support wire, an earthen embankment and several small trees while overturning, deputies said.

Every commencement celebration is on the calendar of the numerous people behind the scenes, sometimes months before, who help make the day happen.
A crash reportedly occurred on State Route 3 in front of CT Farm and Tractor in Fulton at approximately 2:30 p.m.today, according to contributing photographer Rick Grosvent. One victim had to be cut out of the overturned vehicle. She was transported to Upstate by Menter ambulance with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.

May 12-18 marks Police Week, a time dedicated to recognizing the men and women in law enforcement who safeguard the rights and freedoms of the citizens of Fulton. “The police are greatly overlooked until you need them,” said Councilor Pete Franco.
Nearly three dozen students from around the county took control the of the May meeting of the Oswego County Legislature. The students sat with their legislator counterparts and cast their votes during the meeting.
“One Mission: One Team” is the theme of this year’s Emergency Medical Services Week, taking place May 19 through 25. “This is a time to recognize those who we take for granted, our EMS workers,” said Zach Menter, vice president of Oswego County Ambulance Service based in Fulton. “People just assume that rescue and ambulance will always show up.”
For two weeks, starting on May 20, the Fulton Police Department, along with law enforcement agencies across the state, will participate in the 2013 Buckle Up New York, Click it or Ticket May mobilization. The goal of this program is to increase seatbelt use and as a result reduce the number of personal injury and fatal crashes.
