The Fulton Police Criminal Investigation Division arrested John H. Heaphy, 39, of Oneida Street in Fulton, following an allegation of child sexual abuse. Potential Birds-Eye Buyer Wants Fee and Tax Breaks in Exchange for 180 Jobs

Granby, Fulton Residents Tell Lawmakers What They Think of Plan to Annex Treatment Plant

But Fulton resident Don Ross noted that utilities should not be taxes. “It’s patently wrong for anybody to tax a waste treatment plant and we shouldn’t be stuck with it.”
