Looks like winter takes a break, again, and things warm up a bit – just in time for Valentine’s Day
After 150 years, there are plenty of legends, ghost stories and other lore regarding SUNY Oswego. Stories range from ropes that saved students from being blown into the lake to a car’s on campus burial ground to a presidential bath tub and much more.
Oswego City School District Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist continues his “town hall” style visits to three more elementary schools during the week of February 13-16.
Central New York is not exactly known for January and February days when you can sit out on your front deck and enjoy the nice weather. But, this winter has been especially unusual for the people of the Greater Syracuse region, and residents have mixed feelings about the mild season.
The arrest comes as a direct result of an Anti-Crime Team investigation into suspected criminal activity at her address.
