Police say they arrested a Fulton man for DWI and a Granby man for interfering in their investigation.
Due to these healthcare marketplace changes, Oswego Hospital will eliminate 28 positions in departments throughout the hospital and will cut another 11 vacant positions.

On Aug. 29, they arrested a Fulton man on drug charges as well.
