The long-time educator and administrator served the Oswego City School District students and community in many ways. Recently, the district recognized his contributions to education and the community. The Oswego Middle School’s mini theater was dedicated in his memory.
With the kettle campaign barely under way, the Fulton Salvation Army is already experiencing a dramatic drop in kettle income. Captain Kevin Brennan, director of the Salvation Army of Fulton, says the drop of $2000 in income compared to last year at this time could have several causes.
Reports indicate that the home where Erin Maxwell lived and died caught fire overnight.
The home was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived, according to WSTM.
The home is vacant, so the fire is automatically of suspicious origin.
