Four men have been indicted on charges after they allegedly intentionally installed faulty septic systems, purposely streamed raw sewage into the Oswego River and filed false documents to cover it up. They are slated to return to court Wednesday.
In their last act as high school students, members of Fulton’s G. Ray Bodley High School class of 2008 made their way across the stage Saturday to receive diplomas during the annual commencement ceremony.

Capt. Philip J. Dykeman, who graduated in 1988 from Paul V. Moore High School in 1988, was among more than 20 people to be killed in a suicide bomb attack in Anbar Province. He lived in Brockport, New York and was based in Hawaii.
Three days before the deadline, the state has announced that Lee Memorial Hospital will have a one more year to work out potential partnership agreements with other health care facilities. According to Assemblyman Will Barclay, the state Health Department has granted Lee Memorial a one-year extension to meet the requirements of the Berger Commission.
