A Williamstown man was arrested Thursday and charged with several crimes for allegedly causing serious injuries to a 2-month-old child who was in his care earlier this month.
Fulton Mayor Ronald Woodward recently presented a Mayoral Proclamation of Honor to Paula Wray, who retired as head of the Fulton Housing Authority.
