Fulton has the best kept secret and it is a sidewalk system.
Yes, there is a sidewalk system that runs from Seneca Street all the way out to the college on both sides of Route 481.

It seems like lately we don’t hear enough “good news” or good stories. We hear plenty of news regarding negativity, people suffering misfortune and insurmountable struggles abound.

The date was December 12, the place was the Oswego County Legislative meeting. At that meeting there was a resolution renewing the contract with OCO for transportation to the nutrition sites though out the county for the county senior citizens.

I traveled with a few neighbors from Pulaski to Oswego on November 14 to speak at the County Legislature meeting regarding the issue of rural transportation. After that experience, I have a couple of thoughts and a recommendation for our legislature.

How it is a great place to raise a family. How we have so many great things to offer people to visit and stay here in Fulton.
