The Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County wants the community to be familiar with the blue ribbon and what it represents.
Executive Director of the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County Olivia VanSanford has announced that plans are under way for the agency’s sixth annual ‘Blue Ribbon Ride’ Against Child Abuse.
Annual event celebrates creations of more than a dozen area restaurants and other businesses. “If you leave here hungry, it’s your own fault,” one visitor exclaimed.
