Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program has partnered with NYS Department of Health Cancer Services Program to bring the “Main Streets Go Blue” campaign to Oswego County.
The Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County wants the community to be familiar with the blue ribbon and what it represents.
Frostbit Blue returns to the stage Wednesday for the TK-99/TK-105.5 Hump Day Concert Series at the Inner Harbor in Syracuse. Admission is free and Frostbit goes on at 5:30 p.m.

Annual event celebrates creations of more than a dozen area restaurants and other businesses. “If you leave here hungry, it’s your own fault,” one visitor exclaimed.
