The Oswego High School Marching Buccaneers will lead children to Breitbeck Park Friday, July 28 as the annual Children’s Parade kicks Harborfest 2023 into high gear. The parade begins at West Park at 10:30 a.m. and arrives at Breitbeck in time for the performance of Peppa Pig on the Children’s Stage.
