The program will be holding an open enrollment day on Thursday, January 28th from 10 am to 2 pm at OCO’s Midtown Plaza office site next to JoAnn Fabrics in Oswego.Oswego County Head Start Preschool will be holding an Open Enrollment Day on Thursday, January 28th from 10 am to 2 pm. Head Start is a preschool program for 3- and 4-year-old children with the primary goal of promoting school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children. The program includes nutritious meals and snacks, encourages parent involvement, and family support.
