Do This Tonight: Boston Brass in Fulton

Members of a brass ensemble from G. Ray Bodley High School  practice before a giving a brief performance to the Fulton Board of  Education on Tuesday.  The group was on hand to promote Thursday's  concert by the school's concert band and wind ensemble, which will  feature a performance by the Boston Brass.  The nationally-known brass  quintet is in Oswego County this week giving concerts and working with  school musicians.  The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the high school.

Sunrise Rotarians Hear About Upcoming Fundraiser

At a recent Sunrise Rotary Club meeting, Rotarian Gina Camardello  introduced Lois Luber, Resource Development Director for the United Way  of Oswego County. Lois gave us updates on United Way's fundraising  and  spoke of the 2nd Annual Stone Soup Too Luncheon which will be hosted by  Holy Trinity Parish, 309 Buffalo Street, Fulton.  The luncheon will draw  upon the agency's theme of Live United and is open to the public.  It  will be held from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Tuesday, March 23.  Donations per  person will be accepted and all proceeds will be used to support area  food pantries.
