Fairgrieve Elementary School Principal Jean Ciesla was recognized as a Safety Champion of Oswego County by the Oswego County Traffic Safety Board at a celebratory breakfast recently.
OCO has recently opened a newly built, five bedroom community residence at 198 West 4th Street in Fulton and have acquired 7 apartments at the East Point Apartment Complex in Oswego. The new facilities will not only enhance services offered to consumers through OCO’s Mental Hygiene Division but also allow the program to serve more individuals as well.

The Community Task Force of Fulton married its message of respect to a day of fun Sunday afternoon as it kicked off Respect Week with food, fun and a positive message under the pavilion at Bullhead Point.
