The city has sold the site of the former city DPW administration building to an owner who intends to bring an auto repair business to the city.
The Common Council Tuesday approved the sale of 65 N. 4th St. to Bradley Stevens for $140,000.

The Fulton Senior League All-Stars, a team of 15 and 16 year old boys, made it all the way to 3rd place in the state during this summer’s tournament in Newburgh, completing a three-year arc that has seen the team grow from district champions into a team that made the state tournament and then into a team that came within a game of competing for the state title.

Because Nathan Wienk neither admitted guilt to the original charge nor was found not guilty of all charges, the outcome of the court case puts the onus on the school district’s internal investigation to decide Wienk’s future with the school.
“It’s certainly a cause for concern,” Superintendent of Schools Bill Lynch said of Monday’s plea. “But I don’t want to get ahead of myself.”
