CYO Students Learn the Importance of Roadway Safety
Students in the CYO Summer Program at Catholic Charities were treated to a special presentation by Billie Jo Crandall of the Oswego County Traffic Safety Board on the importance of roadway safety. Ms. Crandall discussed the rules of the road for bicyclists and pedestrians and spoke of the importance of wearing a seatbelt in a car and safely crossing the street. The children asked plenty of questions and learned vital lessons on how to be safe while playing in their neighborhood.
