“Collaboration” often rings as a watchword on SUNY Oswego’s Quest day, coming up April 21. The crisis in Haiti has prompted one such connection, as three business professors combine the talents of their classes to study the relief effort there.
Jim Keady, one of the pre-eminent crusaders against sweatshops, will bring his cause and his passion to SUNY Oswego with his presentation of “Behind the Swoosh” at 1 p.m. April 21 in the Campus Center auditorium.
SUNY Oswego’s Quest day on April 21 will feature at least 275 student and faculty presenters, the music of the West Bengali group Ganga, a display of environmentally advanced cars, a six-foot-tall exhibit with tracks for marbles, creative writing awards and much more.
The Harborfest Children’s Committee will be presenting the musical “In Quest of Columbus†for the 21st edition of the festival.
