Local Eateries Support United Way Stone Soup Luncheon

<p>Committee members from the United Way’s Annual Holiday Luncheon meet at Tim Horton’s in Oswego to discuss details for this year’s ‘Stone Soup’ Holiday Luncheon.  The event, which serves as a fundraiser for area food pantries, will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, December 10th at St. Joseph’s Parish Center, West First Street in Oswego.  Attendees are encouraged to please bring a donation of canned food, as the United Way will be collecting donations for area food pantries.  For more information, or to make reservations to attend the United Way of Greater Oswego County’s “Stone Soup” Holiday Luncheon, contact your United Way office at 593-1900. Scheduled for Thursday, December 10th, the United Way’s Annual ‘Stone Soup’ Holiday Luncheon, which is open to the public, will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Parish Center on West First in Oswego. The festive holiday event serves as a fundraiser to help stock the shelves of food pantries throughout Oswego County.
