For Rick Wilson, the pet business is sort of a homecoming. For the past couple of months, he and his girlfriend, Jennifer Seabury, have operated The Pet Store at 388 W. First St., across from the Oswego Post Office, in the former Glider Oil site.

Problem Property Set To Come Down

<p>The former Thrift Store and More was damaged in November 2007. City officials say the property should be taken down by the middle of next month.</p>

Activity is slated to begin this week to remove asbestos at the site of the former Thrift Store and More at West Second and Broadway in Fulton. The building was damaged in November 2007 when a neighboring structure collapsed. According to city officials, the remains of the building will be gone by mid-October.
