Fulton Savings Banks Spelling Bee Championship

Fulton Savings Bank team members Maria Grimshaw-Clark, Dave Mirabito and Marilyn Boucher ponder the proper spelling of a word near the end of the annual spelling bee.The friendly competition helps support Oswego County’s only Catholic school. Eight three-member teams took part in the annual fund-raiser, which featured some of the hardest words in its history. Undaunted, Fulton Savings Bank claimed title number six.

Trinity Catholic School Sponsors Interactive Dinner Theater

Trinity Catholic School will be hosting Death in the Ivy Halls, an interactive murder mystery musical comedy dinner theater, on Friday, May 20, at the Oswego Elks Club. The fun begins with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and the show starting at 7 p.m.

Approximately 10 inches of heavy, wet snow fell on Oswego by 11 p.m. Tuesday. Oswego City Schools and Trinity Catholic School are operating under a two-hour delay today.
