Land Transfer Sets Stage for New Homes on Phillips St. School Lot

This lot along Phillips St. will soon be the home of four new  homes, built by the Fulton Community Revitalization Corporation and sold  to first-time homebuyers.Decades ago, it was a school.  For the last decade and a half, it’s been an open lot.  By the end of the year, the empty field that used to house Fulton’s Phillips St. School will be the new home of four families, as the city builds homes for first-time buyers here.
