New York State Police Superintendent Joseph A. D’Amico is saddened to announce the death of Trooper Christopher G. Skinner. Trooper Skinner was last assigned to the Traffic Incident Management Unit (TIM Detail), Troop C, Delaware County.
On Wednesday, Kelly M. Hartz, 47, of Williamstown, appeared in Oswego County Court, where she was sentenced to five years probation upon her conviction for Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree, a Class E Felony. As part of her sentence, she was ordered to pay $9,597.18 in restitution to Oswego County DSS over the next five years.
Oswego Speedway will feature the return of the Spring Championship on Saturday and series point leaders Otto Sitterly and Andrew Schartner will lead the charge into the ‘Steel Palace.’
