Office For The Aging To Host EPIC Informational and Enrollment Event
The Oswego County Office for the Aging will host an informational program at 10 a.m. Jan. 14 in the Nick Sterio Public Health Center, 70 Bunner St., Oswego, to review the guidelines and enroll new customers in the EPIC program.

Fulton Reproductive Health Center To Host Open House
In recognition of Cervical Health Awareness Month, Oswego County Opportunities will host an open house on January 17 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at its Reproductive Health Center in Fulton. OCO’s open house will offer guests free cancer screenings, HPV vaccination for women and men age 18 to 26, free manicures, refreshments, door prizes, and drawings.

For Christmas, one of the gifts I received was a local food basket. My family and I enjoyed it over the holidays. I am always impressed with the quality and variety of our local producers – from cheese, vegetables, wines and breads. The good news is our economy is benefiting more from these local products.

Tacky Sweater Contest Held At Leighton School
Students were in the holiday spirit at Leighton Elementary School for their “Tacky Sweater Contest” held prior to Christmas break. The contest winners included three boys and three girls.
