In a move meant to capture a better art experience for art lovers, CNY Arts Center announces the transition of their downtown Arts in the Heart Gallery to Arts in the Heart Studio. Arts in the Heart Gallery recently moved to CNY Arts Center’s new facility in River Glen Plaza on the CCC Campus.
Open auditions will be held on Sunday from 3-5 p.m. and Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. in the Frances Marion Brown Theater for the upcoming Oswego Players’ production of Neil Simon’s “The Odd Couple,” the female version.

Marie A. Mundy, 93, a resident of Oswego, passed away on Saturday January 3, 2015, at her home.
The Oswego State men’s ice hockey team captured its third-straight PathFinder Bank/Oswego State Hockey Classic with a 5-2 win over Nazareth College in the championship game Saturday night. With the win, the Lakers improve to 9-1-2 on the season while the Golden Flyers drop to 5-5-3.
