The Blue Team received a top three placement in the Elementary Level under 300 cartons division of the national Made by Milk Contest for their bear sculpture made out of empty milk cartons they collected throughout the Fourth Street School in Fulton.
The County of Oswego was informed today (Jan. 21) that the Board of Directors for New York State’s Empire State Development Corporation has approved the county’s application to establish a land bank as part of its efforts to combat the decline of housing stock and housing values throughout their various communities.
