Scriba Man Facing Sex Abuse Charges
At 1:18 p.m. Thursday (May 12), Earl J. Wilson, 78, of 4196 CR 4, Oswego, was arrested for three counts of first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony; second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a class D felony; and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
