Fulton, Firefighters Start Negotiations

Hannibal Seals Contract With Faculty Association

Rising Prices Affecting Projects

State Emptying Adult Home; Inspection Finds ‘Abuse, Neglect’

Loss Prompts Changes In Hannibal Meal Prices

The bottom line of Hannibal’s food service program showed a sizeable deficit at the end of the 2007-08 school year. As a result, parents can expect to see an increase breakfast and lunch prices for their children in the coming year as the district works to keep the program’s future losses to a minimum.

City Approves Parking Changes

The city of Fulton has officially authorized changes to the parking times allowed for 32 of the 56 spaces in  the downtown lot 5 parking lot. With those changes, the council also made lot 3 — the city parking lot across Oneida Street — an employee parking lot from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
