Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. (“company”) (NASDAQ: PBHC), the holding company for Pathfinder Bank (“bank”), announced second quarter 2016 net income available to common shareholders of $832,000, an increase of 25.9% compared to net income of $661,000 for the second quarter of 2015. Second quarter 2016 earnings per diluted share were $0.20, an increase of 25.0% compared to $0.16 per diluted share earned in the prior year period.

The Oswego City Band presents “Celebrate American Music” at Breitbeck Park on June 29. The ensemble will be performing a wide variety of styles appropriate for all ages and musical tastes. The program will feature Bernstein’s American musical classic Westside Story and American favorite Phantom of the Opera. Music by famous American composers Charles Ives, Aaron Copland, Samuel Barber, Frank Ticheli and George Gershwin’s An American in Paris will also be highlighted.
