The new HardCORE Fit fitness studio is home to small group training sessions, nutritional counseling and several group exercise classes including dance fitness, kickboxing, high intensity interval training and tabata training.
Kathy’s Cakes and Specialty Treats in Fulton will sweeten St. Luke’s “Bundle of Bucks” Charity Raffle on May 7. That’s because owner Kathy Hotaling donated a gift certificate to her shop which is among the many prizes to be awarded during the charity raffle party coming up in a few weeks.
Students are named as honor roll students when they achieve an overall average of 84.50 or above. If a student achieves an 89.50 or above, they are placed on the High Honor Roll. To attain Principal’s List status, a student’s overall average must be 94.50 or above.
Following up its New York State Championship, the team, based out of Skaneateles, and comprised of least one player from each Section III Girls Hockey School, including Whitney Daino of Oswego and Christina Ravesi from Fulton, proved to be one of the best in the country.
The Phoenix Central School District will host the event once again, providing exceptional students with an opportunity to compete in various events, from adapted races to shotput and everything in between. Student athletes representing all nine school districts in the county as well as the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation will participate in a day of games, fun, friendship and competition.
Among the many organizations present were the New York State Police, the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation, Camden Renewable Energy Systems, Tailwater Lodge, SUNY Oswego Robotics, United States Postal Service, Apex Precision Machining, Preferred Therapy, Hillside Family of Agencies and more.
