This year’s Stone Soup Luncheon will be held November 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Parish Center, West First Street in Oswego. The United Way will be accepting a donation of $5 per person and those attending are urged to bring a donation of non-perishable food items.
On Friday, November 16, there will be no school for students in grades Pre-K through 6 in the Fulton City School District for parent-teacher conferences.
Troy Pepper loves a challenge and the classics. He will get both with the Oswego Players’ upcoming production of, “It’s a Wonderful Life.”

Oswego County District 21, Al-Anon Family Group, is hosting an annual “Day of Sharing” on November 17 at All Saints Church, 149 South First and Academy streets, in Fulton.

The meeting will be called to order at 5 p.m., but the board is expected to enter executive session for the purpose of legal discussion in regards to litigation, teacher tenure and a discussion relating to a specific employee. At approximately 6 p.m. the board will reconvene the public meeting.
The Hannibal Historical Society will be selling pewter Christmas tree ornaments from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on November 17 and 18 at the Festival of Trees being held at the Community Center on Oswego Street. Ornaments are $15 apiece.
