Recently, eight SUNY colleges appeared on  the U.S. News & World Report’s list of the top public regional universities in the North.  The list, which ranks the colleges based on criteria such as selectivity, retention, graduation rates and more, included both SUNY Oswego and SUNY Potsdam.
