A new SUNY Oswego program will support new faculty on the path to grant writing and research in the summer before their employment traditionally begins.
Recently Oswego School District fourth graders received a visit from jolly folks bearing a gift. The folks walked into classrooms, reached into their bag and pulled out something that surprisingly brought huge smiles to youngsters…a new thesaurus.
The Nurture & Care Committee of the Minetto United Methodist Church will host a free dinner on Feb. 26.
The exercise tested OCB’s ability to access business office information from off-site and perform an accounts payable function using backed up data from a remote server located in another district.
This year registration will be from Feb. 27 to March 2. Registration will take place in the school your child will be attending. Registration packets have been mailed to every child that will turn the age of five on or before Dec. 1.
For the remainder of the school year, the Fulton City School District students will participate in the Ronald McDonald House Charities Pick Up The Tab ampaign.
During the first part of their morning, the students watched a video; “Conflict, Communication, and Relationships.” The second half of the morning consisted of the second PBIS Booster of the school year.
For decades the food pantries of the Human Concerns Center, Catholic Charities of Oswego County, and The Salvation Army, have been an emergency food source for those in need.
