OCO Registering Teams for Bowl-A-Fun Event

Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. (OCO) is preparing for its 10th Annual Bowl-A-Fun on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Lakeview Lanes in Fulton, according to Diane Cooper-Currier, Executive Director at OCO.
Plans are under way for one of the area’s premier fundraising events, the Oswego Christian Community School’s fourth Annual Auction. Scheduled for April 30, the event will be held from 1 – 4:30 p.m. at the Oswego Armory, West First Street.

In recognition of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, OCO, Inc’s Cancer Services Program urges men and women over age 50 to get screened for colorectal cancer.
This 1960 classic of modern American Literature is slated to go up in the Players’ Frances Marion Brown Theatre mid to late April.

In an effort to increase support for its 2010 / 2011 Annual Campaign and create additional excitement for in-house employee campaigns, the United Way offered special prizes as an incentive for supporting its campaign.
Successful completion of one of these classes will result in a Boating Safely Certificate. The cost is $35.00 and preregistration is required by calling 598-7854.
